Trade & Bulk Ordering:
We are happy to deal with any enquiries from new and existing retailers and store owners. If you are a retailer or store owner, and would like wholesale pricing details of our Greeting Cards then please contact us for further details.

Variations:
Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of the goods.
We reserve the right to substitute materials/goods with similar where necessary, substitutions will always be as close as possible to the original and of equal or greater value.

Order Confirmation:
When an order confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been authorised. If, after receiving your order there is any reason why we cannot fulfil it, we will notify you immediately.

Prices:
All our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP) We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery. We DO NOT CHARGE VAT and there is NO MINIMUM ORDER.

Despatch:
Goods in stock are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2.30pm. Generally, please allow 3-5 days. Personalised items take 7-10 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering. Despatch by special delivery is available on payment of the appropriate charge.

Delivery:
All deliveries are sent 1st class post and is carried out by Royal Mail/ParcelForce/other couriers. Proof of postage is collected from every item sent, a copy of which is available upon request.
Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone to ensure it is possible, we are usually able to meet most dates.
If a delivery date is not specified at the time of ordering we cannot guarantee delivery for that date.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns:
Goods damaged in transit or that are unsuitable should be returned immediately for a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Personalised items are not returnable. P&P charges are not refundable.

Lost Items:
We will do everything possible to assist the customer in tracking items lost in transit and if untraceable and accepted lost by the carrier we will replace the goods. This condition does not apply to customers who have requested unsigned for deliveries.

Errors:
Errors on personalised items.
Errors on our part will be corrected free of charge and P&P will be refunded where applicable.
Errors on the customer's part will incur a small fee per correction. Goods with errors must be returned.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely thrilled with your purchase,
send us an email within 5 days to discuss return and exchange options.
We want you to be happy and receive just what you wished for!
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges unless there has been an error on our part.

Orders over £5.00:  FREE
UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetland's, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland

Oversea orders
All overseas orders are to contact me first for appropriate shipping costs
