Is a family business based in Lacock in Wiltshire. We offer
a unique range of greeting cards and gifts at competitive prices.
We also aim to provide the highest standards of old-fashioned
customer service with the added convenience of shopping on-line.
How do I pay?
You can pay online through our secure pay pal interface or print
out an order form and send it to us with a cheque.
Is paying online safe? Yes.
All payments are taken through a secure pay pal gateway.
What do you do with my personal
information?
Your data is collected so that we can gather the relevant details
to post your orders.
We will not pass your information on to any other source.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order 1 card or as many as
you like.
Do the cards include an envelope? Yes.
Each card comes with its own matching envelope and is cello
wrapped. Size of cards
- Most of our cards fall into
the Royal Mail standard "letter" tariff, the size of the
envelope being no greater than 240x165mm.
However, we do stock one or two larger cards, and have endeavored
to draw their size to your attention.
Confirmation
email 1-We will send you an
automatic email upon the success completion of your transaction.
2- when your order has been dispatched. If you are unsure whether
or not your transaction has been successful,
please check your "spam" filter in case our confirmations have
been mistakenly directed there, or contact us by phone or email.
Packaging - Our
products are posted to you in board-backed envelopes, padded
envelopes or boxes (depending on quantity and type).
Dispatch -
During the working week we aim to dispatch
orders placed before 2.30pm the same day. You should recieve
your order within 5 days.
If you have bought lots (hurrah, no baked beans on toast tonight)
we will arrange for a courier to collect your parcel and you
will receive it next day.
Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes. We are happy to take orders
from other countries.
Please contact us with your request before placing an order
and we will be happy to advise you on postage costs.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We are confident that you will
be extremely happy with the quality of our cards.
If for any reason you are not however we would first ask that
you contact us with the reason,
so that we can make sure the same problem doesn't occur again.
If you then return the card(s) to us in perfect condition within
14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money.
